1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

1.1 Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, you may request a cancellation.
Approved cancellations are eligible for a refund minus processing or administrative fees, if applicable.

1.2 Duplicate Payment

If a customer mistakenly makes a double payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

1.3 Transaction Error

If a payment processing error occurs (e.g., charged incorrectly), the customer may submit proof, and a correction will be issued promptly.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Due to strict safety and regulatory requirements, the following are NOT eligible for refunds:

2.1 Delivered Products

Once a chemical product has been shipped, delivered, or opened, it cannot be returned or refunded because:

  • Chemical products cannot be restocked

  • Safety integrity cannot be reconfirmed

  • Regulatory requirements prohibit returns of hazardous materials

2.2 Misuse or Mishandling

Products damaged through improper storage, handling, or unauthorized repackaging are not eligible for refund.

2.3 Change of Mind After Delivery

2.4 Unverified Customer Accounts

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We conduct strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in extremely rare cases:

3.1 Damaged Packaging Upon Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photographs immediately

  • Do not open the container

  • Contact customer support within 24 hours

Our team will review the evidence and assist accordingly.

3.2 Wrong Item Shipped

If an incorrect product was shipped:

  • Provide photos of the received item

  • Provide your order ID

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment channel

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted depending on the situation.


5. Subscription & Payment Plan Refunds

For installment plans or subscriptions:

  • Payments already completed are non-refundable

  • Cancellations may apply only before the next billing cycle

  • If stock allocation was already reserved, administrative fees may apply

Customers must contact support for any modifications to ongoing payment plans.


6. Verification Requirements

To protect both parties, we may request:

  • Proof of payment

  • Photographic evidence

  • Identification (if required)

  • Documentation for compliance

Failure to provide valid information may affect eligibility for refunds.


7. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Border regulations

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Courier service delays

  • Unclaimed deliveries

Our responsibility ends once the package is handed to the approved shipping carrier unless insurance coverage was purchased.
